No need to spend tens of millions to heal the stress that persisted. So, what is the cure?
Apparently, you just ponder what the point of the problems faced. This is according to research published in the Journal Health Psychology which describes a person who does the method conscious reflection (meditation mindfullness) decrease the levels of the stress hormone cortisol in the body.
"The results of this study is to explain that there is a direct correlation between the decline in the hormone cortisol by way of reflective consciousness, of some kind of scale methods of reflection," said a researcher at the University of California, Davis Center for Mind and Brain, as reported by the Huffington Post.
The study, he said, noting as many as 57 people spent three months in a meditation room, where they previously had problems problem-solving skills, are taught to breathe properly and think positive about everything mental state. In addition, they were given the task of solving the case daily and learn and follow their minds at the time.
Related to these results, it was found that the participants who have applied the reflection turns aware of all the problems, have lower stress hormones kartisol. In stark contrast to when they do not know the method of reflective consciousness.
